1. Send email to G68 Support at hotro@ga888.com.
Subject: Request to Unlock Account
2. The email address used when sending the email request need to be the same as your G68 account registered email.
3. Input your username as body of your email and request to unlock account.
Example: Username: abc123. My account was locked. Please unlocked my account.
4. Wait for CS reply that you can now log in to your account.
5. G68 CS representative may also contact you via phone for further verification before we unlocked your account.
