3. Input your username as body of your email and request to unlock account.
Example: Username: abc123. My account was locked. Please unlocked my account.
4. Wait for CS reply that you can now log in to your account.
5. GAVIP68 CS representative may also contact you via phone for further verification before we unlocked your account.
